Luggage Wars
{KomentoDisable}
The better way for your luggage to travel. At last! Finally! Here it is!
Now you can travel free from the hassel of your luggage.
If you are travelling with your family, you know what it is like, trying to fit everything into the car boot.
The panic when you think you may have missed one, (case that is, not family member).
Pushing everyone to get their bags packed and ready in time for you to load them.
Then unload them and wheel all to the baggage check in. queueing for ages to check in all of the bags.hauling them up onto the scales, hoping nothing is overweight.
Then the almost inevitable excess bagge charge because someone did not listen to your strict instructions on what not to pack (especially anvils).
All this on the day of departure.
Now picture a different scene.
You book a luggage carrier in advance. They pick up your luggage from your house. No queueing or carrying heavy bags.
You go straight to passport control. Your luggage will be delivered to your hotel.
You finally have time to relax and enjoy the comforts of the airport lounge.
Bye bye baggage carousel. Hello latte, croissant and a leisurely read of the paper in the prebooked airport lounge.
Another good thought, the return journey will be just as peaceful.
Take a holiday from your luggage.
Save on excess baggage fees.

Car Hire Excess Insurance
- Category: Travel
What is car hire excess insurance ?
When you hire a car, you will be offered standard road traffic act insurance.
This will cover damage to the car and any liability to third parties.
The excess is the initial amount which you must pay out in the event of a claim.
The insurer pays the balance.
For example, if you cause damage to the car of €6500 and the excess is €1500, the insurer will pay €5000 and you will pay €1500.
Many car hire companies push the excess to the limit in order to appear to offer cheaper insurance.
The initial premium may cost less, however, in the event of a claim, you are left to pay out a larger amount, as excess.
Car hire excess cover is designed to cover this shortfall.
Should I just buy car hire excess cover from my car hire company?
No If you do you will usually end up paying more.
Always shop around for car hire excess insurance.
Also, the cover you get from the car hire company will only cover that single hire period.
By arranging your insurance through us, we can provide annual cover, so that the premium you pay will protect you for the whole year.
Much better value and much less trouble.
What happens if there is a damage to a hired car ?
If the unfortunate happens, and you end up with a damaged hired car, the car hire company will charge your credit card.
You then submit a claim for reimbursement to your car hire excess insurance provider and you will receive payment as per the terms of the policy.
Make sure that you keep all of the original receipts for all payments you made under the excess.
You will need them when submitting your claim for payment under the car hire excess policy.
That way an unexpected loss will not blow your holiday budget.
